I followed the instructions and washed and dried the door. It fell off the second day. The hook and loop stuck to the fabric but the tape doesn’t stick to the door. The write up says it is for entryway doors but most exterior doors are made of steel. The thump tacks are useless. Being weighted with glass beads might be good if it were just laying on the floor but the extra weight just encourages it to fall off. As a result of using this product, I found that these bobbins work perfectly in my VIKING sewing machine .They are durable and hold a good amount of thread, so I don't have to refill them as often. I usually wear size 4-6 in everything. Ordered medium 8-10 since reviews say it runs small but they sent large in both navy and red. Fits a little loose on the top but the arms are smaller and tighter than expected. I am 5'2 and the length of the dress stops at or halfway below my knees.
