It is an inch shorter than the description says and it is a lot lighter than I expected. I haven't really had it long enough to notice if it is making a difference keeping cold out of my house. But my doors are very drafty and I just don't see this being thick enough to keep all the cold out. I am a huge side sleeper and have been having excruciating neck/shoulder pain for the past few weeks. I tried out two other side sleeper pillows on Walmart before I purchased this one. Both of them did not work for me so I purchased this one out of desperation.When it arrived, it was super flat which was surprising. Once I let it sit out for an hour or two, it fluffed out a lot. Unfortunately, I bought a size too small (these might run small). They do need a pad in them to really soak up the urine, but becasue of the material, the diaper does not get damp as the cloth diapers do. I can use these with a thin mini pad but this pup really needs a full maxi, and a full maxi will not fit. I will purchase again, but will buy the small instead of the xsmall :)See full review
