This is a good quality shirt, cotton and not see through and the seams are right. However I ordered an extra large and it was like a medium size. I don't normally write reviews unless I really think it will help someone. Let me first say, THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT TO TAKE TO THE HOSPITAL. I had an emergency Csection with a baby in the NICU. They forced me to use the hospital grade Modela pump. Then they wanted me to get up and wash all the tiny parts, so glad i had my Willow with me at that point.
