although these are advertised for gym, i would not recommend it. These are dual layered masks. When i get my hear rate gogin and breathing is more labored, the inner layer of mask suctions the nose or mouth making it difficult to breathe. The top looks just like the picture! It nips in at the waist and falls at a very flattering way at the bottom. It fits just right, the side by the toe bone is ever sooo slightly narrower than the converse but it fits fine, there is still room. I still have room length wise on my toes. I am in my first trimester and experiencing nausea. Thought I’d give this tea a try since I’ve used their lactation teas in the past. I should have read the ingredients in the tea first. lemongrass, raspberry leaf, and fennel - all ingredients that are not to be consumed while pregnant (lemongrass could cause stillbirth) or during the first trimester (fennel and red raspberry leaf because they can cause contractions).
