There is no cushion at the insole like the description. I ordered half a size up (normally 9, got a 9 1/2). They look really nice, but the toes are waaay too tight and the heel is super loose. I feel like I would need to wear thick socks to keep a blister from forming on the heel, but there isn’t room in the toes for thick socks. There is nothing I dislike about the box. I will say that I have three journal like books in there and so it got a little heavy; therefore if you put heavier things in it I wouldn’t lift them to much while full. I don’t think the screws would come out but I do believe under the right conditions you could cause the bottom to curve if you move ot with heavy stuff in it to often.I never intended to use it to hold files.
