Bitcoin Cash is a fork of the original Bitcoin that sticks to the original whitepaper by Satoshi. It is a true 'peer-to-peer' transaction system. It was widely criticized by the Bitcoin community when it was first forked off but a lot of people are moving onto BCH now.
