I really like that you can have multiple shifts for one job! It makes it easy to see how many people are needed during different times of day or week. Also, since we're able to do this through our website, it's easier than trying to call around town looking for jobs. Sometimes there isn't any information available about the shift schedule (for example if they don't post them). This is also helpful when trying to find work at fast food restaurants because sometimes those schedules aren't posted until after they've already hired someone and had to fill out paperwork. We use this site instead of calling around town to try to get an interview with local companies. It saves us so much time by being able to search all over the city using just their phone number.
