I spent hours getting the iOS app to recognize MMS100 and followed the step-by-step instructions . After several attempts, the last step just didn't work. Technical support did not respond after several attempts to keep in touch by phone for more than 45 minutes each time. Eventually I called and chose the option to purchase a new product, which quickly got me to customer service. A support rep informed me that the app is down and there is no ETA to restore it. This item was purchased ONLY because we could open our gate with Alexa. It was very easy to install. BUT then it doesn't work at all with Alexa as advertised. I tried calling support several times but got no answer at all. After LOTS of research online and trying several "what if" fixes, it still didn't work. The gate is about 500 feet from the house and you can't see it from the house (through the forest ) why we bought this add-on. It just doesn't work. I've spent countless hours with tech support and on 3 different devices to no avail. Sometimes it works but other times the app says it works but the gate is still open or still closed. It won't sync with the Tor and the app will tell you that you're closing it when you actually open it, or that you've closed it when it actually didn't do anything.
