I followed the instructions and stirred. This stuff went on so thick. I was hopeful that it would level out as it dried but it did not. It is very uneven and bumpy. I use this to waterproof the inside of the cabinet under my sink. I was worried there would be a smell, but actually there is almost no smell at all. It is difficult to paint this on with a brush, so you are better off pouring it onto the surface and spreading it out with a felt brush. You need to apply a lot of this, really thick, otherwise you will end up with thin spots. Don't worry if there are brush marks, as it cures, it settles down and becomes a smooth, shiny surface. The result is very good . A single coat produces a thick ,adherent ,waterproof coating . It is, however, very difficult to apply . The material is too thick for a brush to work well but it is too thin for a putty knife . Either can be used - not easily - on a smooth horizontal surface but neither works well on a vertical surface especially if it is a rough surface . The result may well be worth the time and effort required for application particularly for a small and/or critical job .

This clear sealing product is easy to use. It will keep spreading/flowing for a few minutes after it is applied to the surface. It does a good job of flowing into cracks, before curing. The curing process took a full 24 hours before it was completely dry to the touch. It stopped every leak in my 1950s concrete wash tray, in my garage.One thing to note. I had a hole in a pool floatie probably the size of a pea. This stuff covered it nicely and adhered easily to the surrounding area without issue. I used a wooden coffee stir stick to apply ot and it was like thick marshmallow cream or sticky frosting. Worked awesome and I’ve been out jumping on floatie on the water without issue for days.

It's a really long story but I used this stuff in a way that's not recommended but it worked so I'll share my experience, well some of it. I used flex seal in the past and after a while it cracks and the leaks are back. I applied Gorilla Seal, less of a mess, easy on and done. So far its worked great. Would def recommend

Worked great! A bit smelly and gooey but it saved my basement wall. I had seepage every rain and this blocked everything. Could not be more pleased.

I used this to seal some areas on my porch. It dried quickly and when I painted over it I could barely notice the patched areas. I recommend.

Painted our older garage door with it facing street direct sun daily protected from rain during hurricane season saved us from buying a new door for at least 3 more years! Worth the money took 3 cans to Coast entire door (they are small cans)

Works great so far. I used this to seal the tops of my wooden fence posts… Just added a little painters tape around the top, poured in a few tablespoons and let it dry. We’ll see how it looks in about a month after being in the sun.

Used this to seal the gutter seams, works great fills in all cracks, more plyable than a familiar name brand FS that I bought at Lowe’s and got it home and it was totally dried out and hard. Found this product on Walmart.

Had a leak in my basement and applying two coats of this with a paint brush took care of it. Only downfall is it dries with a wet look, so keep that in mind if using it on basement walls

But I think that is to be expected in this case.The amount of water is constant and so this is not a proper fix for the problem.Not the product's fault.It may be good for some other uses.Once the can was opened, I guess I had to use all of it, because even tho I sealed it back up tightly, it was hard and unusable at that point in time.Still it sure did work for a good while to stop the water.It just did not last for that purpose.

I guess I assumed this would come more like a paint. It didn't, it was like stright glue in a can. I rolled it on our shower ceiling and it pulled the roller brush appart leaving little fuzzy all over. Idk if I miss understood the directions but definitely was not what I was looking for

Had a leak under the sink in bathroom. This works very well at sealing water pipes. No more leak! And no plumber fees either!

Used this sealer on the inside of a water fountain that was leaking. Bought the black so that I could see the coverage well. Got a thick coat inside the fountain by just pouring the sealer inside & rolledIt around until it looked well covered with the sealer. Gave it a week to completely dry & cure before I filled it with water. No more leaks!Definitely works.

The product arrived promptly and I used it, per directions, immediately to seal an indoor fountain. First coat took more than 48 hrs to dry, second coat nearly as long. A faster dry time claim was made in the instructions. Ditto for the 3rd coat. In the end it did a great job in sealing. Recommend it (if you're not the impatient type). Would but it again!

Start with applying thin layers and wait until they cure. It’s wonderful stuff. Make sure whatever you’re applying it to is clean. I was using this on a cement - metal seam. I used a metal brush to clean the surfaces and alcohol to wipe the surfaces clean. The adhesion is fantastic, really strong and no water leak. Prep of surfaces is so key to making this work and thin layers over time.
