One coat provides a thick, adherent, waterproof coating but it is difficult to apply .

The result is very good . A single coat produces a thick ,adherent ,waterproof coating . It is, however, very difficult to apply . The material is too thick for a brush to work well but it is too thin for a putty knife . Either can be used - not easily - on a smooth horizontal surface but neither works well on a vertical surface especially if it is a rough surface . The result may well be worth the time and effort required for application particularly for a small and/or critical job .

Pros

I put this in a gutter that was leaking from a seam. No leak since I applied. It's been 3 months or so.

Cons

The product may not be eco-friendly or biodegradable
