Engineers in this matter, from interface to server, hardware and designers should be put on the back burner. Scolded anyway. I reverse engineer gizmos and gadgets for a living. I've seen my fair share of crappy design, poor engineering, and questionable launch products. But that's the thing. it's just a disaster. There are too many issues to go into. It's bullshit. And there is support. I feel sorry for these people, but they were handed a script that just sucked; it does NOT help the customer AT ALL. I figured I couldn't avoid it - I got so engrossed in all these peripherals, all the other parts, this, that, etc - that everything just keeps BREAKING, but somehow either comes alive or I just buy another one - but this thing, this thing has completely spoiled me as a customer. I very much doubt you can get it right MM and wouldn't be at all surprised if you didn't even read your comments. why should you You don't keep your promises and don't reply to my emails. Phone calls are a joke. In all my years of working with gates and openers - or any other consumer device - I have never come across a product this bad. Seriously, this calls for cake. disprove me Oh yeah you can't. And you know it.
