Best round ice pack I have found! Better than the ice packs with tiny spheres in them. Have not utilized it as a heating pack, but gets really cold and is still easily moldable to fit where you need it.

I use these for when I have a headache. I like that one side has a cloth on it so I can put it on my skin and it doesn't hurt. I lay down and put the ice on my head where it hurts. It also would be great for children who need ice pack when they get a bump or bruise because of the cloth side. Better than a huge ice pack that is hard and freezing cold.

These are great and I like the small size but they don't stay cold for very long. Have not tried them with heat. Thanks for attention.

I would give this product zero stars if I could, but in order to write a comment I had to give it a star. The product was well-packed in a plastic bag inside a small cardboard box inside a larger box. Despite all of this, one of the gel packs was leaking. The seams on the product are insubstantial and poorly glued (sealed). I have no doubt that the other packs would leak over time. My husband and I love these. I recently had head surgery and have put these on under a headband over staples in my head! My husband puts them inside his hat when working outdoors. They are perfect for any type of pain or swelling. We keep them in the freezer so they are always ready when needed!

These are a huge help after breast surgery or stereoscopic biopsy. They fit nicely inside bra and stay cold for about 20 to 30 minutes. Easy to refreeze and ready in an hour or two.

I especially like these because with the fabric on one side you can use them directly on your wound without them being too much or even sticking to your skin. And a great size for smaller bruises, wounds etcetera. They also refreeze quickly

I bought these to relieve my eyes from computer use and to rest them. Works great. Also, great to use if you have injections of any kind (fillers) to reduce bruising or swelling.

I purchased these to go with another product as it had been recommended by amazon. They were way small and not as nice as the other product. They do not stay cold very long, so if you are looking for something temporary they work great but would not be a long haul ice pack.

These are the best ice packs ever. I love them for back pain, small cramps, neck pain, foot pain, sunburns. You never know when you want an ice pack! The gel inside remains moveable which makes it better than ice.

Good for 10 minutes then need replaced, not meant for long stretches of relief. But with 5 it's simple enough to rotate them. Used a mark to label each one to keep track.
