I love these. They’re SO GREAT for just stuffing them under folds or armpits or in bras and things when I’m trying to survive a hot day. I will get back to you when I use them for anything like actual pain. Hahahaha

This was perfect after having breast cancer surgery. Just put it in the freezer take it out let it thaw for a couple minutes put a paper towel around it and then put it in your bra and this can really help relieve pain.

I get rosacea hot flashes and one ear will turn bright red, burn and sting. I wear a cloth headband and stick one of these on my ear and it works great. Since there's 5 I change them out when they go room temp. Theres cloth on one side so you dont have to wrap them in anything.

I love these! So easy to use and I love the size. It really does it’s job on pain relief and inflammation.I find it very comforting for my face when I a pimple or zit.

Good to have on hand for little boo-boos. The cold doesn't last long, these things are small. So I wouldn't use them in a lunch box or anything. But if you have little ones who have the occasional bump or bruise, these are perfect. Small enough for a child to hang onto, and good to have plenty so every little problem can have the psychological boost of a whole cold pack to feel better!

Bought these to use hot or cold for breastfeeding care, but they are quite small, and one side is sorta rough? Maybe the wrong word. One side is made of a plastic material and the other is made of the paper like material that hospital gowns feel to be made of - so a little "soft" but not quite soft. I have just been using them to keep my husbands lunches cold, and they work great for that!

I had mouth surgery and these worked great. Also nice for children if needed or smaller injuries. I would recommend. Thanks for attention.

I get migraines and these are great for when I have a migraine and the pain is specific to a small spot.They work the best if I use my eye mask to stick it to my head. They don’t stay cold for a long time (20-30 minutes), but it’s not a huge deal. They come in a multipack so it’s easy to pull one out of the freezer.

These were the perfect way to ice a small surgical site without the mess of melting ice. Lightweight & the fabric backing make them comfortable to use.

I enjoy using it. For my testicles after vasectomy surgery. It helps tremendously.However, one of the pouch already has a leak.

Great little ice packs! Easy to use and stay cold a long time for a little pack. Great for sprains and boo boo’s or for helping to keep lunch cold.

I like that they have the cloth backing, this does help stop the 'burn' on your skin from the ice cold, however, I ace wrap these onto my elbow and they last about 20 minutes. I was hoping that they lasted a lot longer than that but they are quite thin, so I suppose there's only so much they can do!

Perfect chill and relief for breastfeeding! These are the perfect size for stuffing in a bra after cluster feeding or pumping. The fact that there's 5 makes it easy to swap out a set as needed. They're not bulky, which is nice too. The cooling relief is just fabulous. *chefs kiss*
