My order for Capmesso Seals arrived on time. Tried them for first time today. Fit is good. Compared to other brands, these have a small tab that makes them easier to remove from the paper they're mounted on as well as easing the task of applying them to the pods. I like this system because the bike takes up less space than a system that has the bike coming straight off the wall. In my case, I am able to hang one bike above another in the garage. Mine arrived exactly as listing photo describes: very detailed. The only small issue is that the skid underneath the firefly seems to be either removable, or it wasn't secured well enough. Here is what I have found useful about this pad:1. For cushioning elbows or knees in varous exercises that call for them coming in contact with the floor2. for single foot balancing; the person expecting them to make squats more challenging was disappointed.
