great for hot ears in my review
I get rosacea hot flashes and one ear will turn bright red, burn and sting. I wear a cloth headband and stick one of these on my ear and it works great. Since there's 5 I change them out when they go room temp. Theres cloth on one side so you dont have to wrap them in anything.
- These are ideal little ice packs & convenient for anyone with kids.
- The packs do not stay cold very long. Maybe 30 minutes. I have not tried to heat them.
