I was very excited to get this and try it. It did work one time and it was amazing! Unfortunately the quality control is very bad! The small blub broke the seal around the top edge. I was very careful to not over inflate however it doesn't preform unless it's inflated to a decent size. It looks like the seals around both inside edges of the bulb are glued on. The tube that goes inside you is pretty big and long! You better not be squeamish about that. I had bought one of the smaller ones from amazon, it did a good job but just didn't get deep enough, this one does! Oh one other thing, the reason I didn't give it the 5th star is that the holes coming from the sides, where the water comes out, kinda scrapes you inside when you pull it out. I didn't mind the no backflow valve it just means some extra cleaning with isopropyl alcohol, but the threading for the nozzle is pointless it will immediately leak out all the water making a mess if you don't use it in the shower. TMI time. I use this as a reusable douche. It is wonderful! It was a great price, but I had to wait forever for it to be shipped and needed it ASAP for a girl problem. Great product. I got tired of buying the disposable kind and decided to get this because it allows for me to use whichever mixtures I choose as opposed to whatever is already in the disposable kind. I've purchased about 8 or 10 of these inflatable nozzles from several sources over the past few years so I'm quite familiar with them. Combine this product with an open top clear silicon bag, hose and graduated clamp and it's an ideal setup for coffee retention enemas for one thing.
