First, the ad does not describe the size of the balloons accurately, indicating that both balloons are about 2.5 inches in diameter inflated -- inner ballon in about 5+ inches in reality. A review estimates the inner balloon to be 500 cc. Well, the inner balloon is 750 cc and the outer balloon is 250 cc.Second, the inner balloon takes forever to deflate. I did not use this devise, but tested it by inflating the balloons to make sure they were not defective. The slow deflation would cause a big mess. The outer balloon delates immediately, as any other devise I have owned in the past has. This product is defective. I have been unable to get revain or Healthy and Active (aka Health and Beauty) to resolve my issue. My advise is to stay away from this product from this company unless you want to flush $100 down the toilet. Check shipping and return policy. There seems to be no quarantee regarding defective merchandise. revain is not being helpful, and the merchant has put it into revain's hands.Tomorrow I will contact my Visa card to cancel this charge. Maybe that will get their attention. revain is on my NO USE list until this is made right.My advice is to never order anything from Healthy and Active and beware of revain, they will never make an other penny from me.
