This stuff is quite liquidy, not really a cream. Much worse, it INCREASED the inflammation and pain in the area I put it on. I'm still feeling serious effects from it. Very unpleasant. Maybe I'm allergic to something in it, though I've used most of the ingredients separately at one time or another and had no issues. Except centella asiatica. Not sure about that one.
