Type of review

This product was a huge disappointment. I am unconvinced that this heating pad even emits infrared energy. I already have an FDA registered infrared heating pad with jade stones and it heats my tissues quite deeply and helps my chronic pain. I use that heating pad on the 125 degree setting. I wanted a second FIR heating pad that would be lighter for traveling and wrap more comfortably around my extremities. This one is soft and light and I performs fine as a "regular” (non-infrared heating pad)

Pros
  • Works really well.
Cons
  • Was hot the first 2 times, then even in the max heat. Is medium heat. Don’t know why...

I wish it worked longer

I bought this to help my 2 broken wrists heal better and it seemed to help for 2 weeks altho it would just stop working at times but I could turn it back on and it seemed to work again but then died. I recently remembered it was under warranty but have heard nothing from the company. I think the technology is good but making it work isn't there in this product. I just bought another brand to try for my granddaughter who broke her wrist. Wish mine worked because the pain is coming back.

Pros
  • This really works as it took away my knee pain first time I used it
Cons
  • Not alot of heat as expected

Poor design best in my review

The on/off/heat controller is a push button that is located ON the heating pad itself. That means it is ridiculously easy to accidentally shut the thing off or change the heat setting unintentionally. Also, it appears that the padded side is intended for contact with the person using it, which is fine, except even on "high" the heat doesn't really permeate that side. Also, most heating pads have auto-shut-off at four hours, but this is one hour; that's just plain irritating for someone with…

Pros
  • bought it for my mom and she really liked it.
Cons
  • Cheesy electric plug, and button for on and off and temperature setting in a bad spot.

AMAZING HEATING PAD 💕

Let me start by saying. do not let the price fool you! I was hesitant to order because the price was so inexpensive compared to other infrared heating pads. I am disabled with severe neck & back pain, so I have tons of experience when it comes to heating pads. I usually buy one or two every year & pay at least double the price of this one. I currently own three and this infrared heating pad is by far my favorite heating pad! The heat feels so much deeper than a regular heating pad and the…

Pros
  • Helps loosen up tension an releave pain
Cons
  • If you have serious pain and need serious heat, unfortunately this is not the heating pad to buy.

Heats up quickly and provides rapid relief.

I was skeptical regarding the whole infrared thing but it seems to heat more efficiently and deeply than a regular coil heat pad. It definitely provides relief from aching muscles and joints.

Pros
  • The heating pad can be used in conjunction with medication for added pain relief
Cons
  • May not be effective for those with conditions that require ice therapy rather than heat

A+ Customer Service

Amazing customer service! My pad pooped out after about a month, and the company promptly sent a new one!Heads up! Out of the handful of panels, 2 stopped working and then the plug also stopped.I was very happy though with the softness and the massive amount of heat from the pad! We shall see how the new one holds up!

Pros
  • The heating pad is perfect for people who experience chronic pain
Cons
  • May not be effective for those with mobility issues

Stopped working for my opinion

This thing is super soft and it gets really hot even on low. But it stopped heating up after about a week of occasional use.

Pros
  • The heating pad has three different heat settings to customize the level of heat
Cons
  • Not machine washable, making it difficult to clean

Deep heat-Pain relief!

At first it felt warm, but heated up nicely within minutes. I used it on my collarbones(osteoarthritis). Soft material. Easy directions and extended warranty offered by manufacturer. I think this will be a welcome upgrade from my cheap heating pad!

Pros
  • So far I think the product is ideal for my Knee. It works much better then a basic heating pad
Cons
  • There is no side panel of heat. It only goes down the center. The heat even on high is not that warm.

only lasted one year.

I actually loved this heating pad and bought a second one for my husband. Unfortunately as soon as the warranty ended a week later both cords frayed and were no longer operable. Very expensive heating pad to only get one year out of. I do not recommend because of this.

Pros
  • It is convenient and easy to clean
Cons
  • May be too heavy for some users to comfortably wear

Stopped working after 4 months

I really liked this heating pad, but it developed a short and stopped working after 4 months.Looks like I'll have to find one that holds up a lot better than this one.

Pros
  • seems to be good, not sure how much it helps yet though but I’m still trying it
Cons
  • Great while it worked for four months. The wire is cheap and the button is hard to use. Do not buy!

THE WORST $50 I’ve ever spent on revain

I bought this to replace my 15 year old heating pad. Infrared is supposed to be the best. This has 3 settings. They all barely heat up. I’ll be returning this tomorrow. UNREAL. WHAT A RIP OFF.

Pros
  • Heating Pads
Cons
  • May not provide enough heat for severe pain

Buyer Beware! on my review.

As a healthcare professional, I’ve did a comparison with a few major brands.Issues:- Lack of comfort and not an even distribution to lay on if for you’re back. (May not be so bad and actually comfortable if for leg ankle)- Whole surface area of the heating pad does not heat so if the affected area is large, may not be such a good option- Control for heating is ridiculous. One switch that you hold for a few seconds that changes color. No capability of adjusting temperature or time!- Cord is on…

Pros
  • It is great for people who suffer from sciatica pain
Cons
  • May not be effective for those with nerve-related pain

Warmth at last! - my new review

I have non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and have trouble warming my feet. I spent more than a week reading reviews on all possible foot warming products for my evenings and then consulted my chiropractor/functional neurologist who prefers infrared for me. This pad is perfect for my needs--it folds over so the top of my feet are warmed as well as the bottom. It is very soft, the low temp is plenty warm for me, and I maintain warmth after treatment, which is amazing. I gave it 5 stars for pain

Pros
  • The heating pad is perfect for use during cold winter months
Cons
  • May not be effective for those with thick or curly hair

Great, but a couple of suggestions

I love this heating pad. The heat really does penetrate further than the $20 drugstore models. Its soft and comfortable. The things I dont like are two. First is the placement of the power button. I lie on this pad, which I need for my lower back. Often, I unintentionally turn it off because I'm lying on the button. I suggest moving it. Second, the cord isn't long enough. It's fine if the power outlet is within arms reach, but that restricts the locations in my house where I can use it.

Pros
  • BRIGENIUS
Cons
  • Can only be used on back, neck, and shoulders

Genuine FAR Infared Heating Pad

I first became interested in far infared technology when I heard about it on the bulletproof podcast years ago. Dave Asprey credits FIR technology and Ozone with waking up his nervous system from mold exposure. I had mold exposure many years ago too. This past year however, I started having neurological changes and neck pain. Finally saw an upper cervical chiropractor who took x-rays. Sure enough I have disc degeneration and an out of allignment atlas. Anyway, I also saw a cranial sacral…

Pros
  • Pain Relievers
Cons
  • I pressed the button 5sec 10sec doesn’t matter power button is not working.

Revising my former review to Poor Quality.

I've been using this for 10 months. In my previous review I gave it a pretty high rating because It was "soft" and "comfortable", and because SUPPOSEDLY it will not malfunction if allowed to get folded or bunched up, because there are no wires to break. I asked about that before I bought it was assured that it would still function properly even if not kept perfectly flat. After 10 months, it no longer heats at all except at one end. For me, that renders it of very limited value. Also, as I…

Pros
  • The heating pad is perfect for people who experience pain due to poor sleeping posture
Cons
  • May be cumbersome to use while completing daily activities

Terrible item on getting hot

It does not get hot. False description. It says the return window ended January 31 so I want to exchange it so I need someone to call me.

Pros
  • The heating pad aids in speeding up the healing process
Cons
  • May not be comfortable for extended periods of use

Stopped working after a couple of weeks

Never really got hot even on the highest rating. Pretty much felt nothing if I had this on the soft side. Not sure if this item is defective or if this is just how it is, but at this price point, buyers beware. I really wanted this to be a game changer, but I guess I am the loser in this game.

Pros
  • August 18, 2019
Cons
  • Barely even gets hit on high!

Helps with cramping

Works great for pain-relief from severe menstrual cramps. Only comment is that this does not get as hot as other heating pads I've purchased.

Pros
  • It is perfect for people who suffer from tension headaches
Cons
  • May cause discomfort or skin irritation for those with sensory issues

Amazing heating pad!

As someone with arthritis, degenerative discs, and multiple joint issues I have used a LOT of heating pads, moist heat mostly. I thought I'd give this a try since I keep having to replace the microwavable ones. This is hands down the best one I have owned. Loosens the muscles quickly and thoroughly. I'm considering getting a second for my office!

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • Buyer beware
