I love this heating pad. The heat really does penetrate further than the $20 drugstore models. Its soft and comfortable. The things I dont like are two. First is the placement of the power button. I lie on this pad, which I need for my lower back. Often, I unintentionally turn it off because I'm lying on the button. I suggest moving it. Second, the cord isn't long enough. It's fine if the power outlet is within arms reach, but that restricts the locations in my house where I can use it.
