Item sent out defective and don't work

Item was sent to me damaged and broken. This heat pad does not work at all and I just got it today. Very very DISAPPOINTED and upset because I've been having some many problems lately with my revain orders.

Pros
  • Hot & Cold Therapies
Cons
  • Limited heat settings (only three options

Burned my skin - be careful!

Be very careful if you are using this heating pad. I used it on high for two cycles before the auto turn-off, and it left burn marks on my back. I was also wearing two layers of tee shirts between my skin and the thick heating pad cover. It did not feel any hotter than my traditional heating pad that I use all of the time, but I have never been burned before and don’t have particularly sensitive skin. The edges/seems of the pad seem to get hotter than the rest of it.For what it’s worth, I did…

Plush comfort but not exceptional pain relief

This is a very nice heating pad. The outside is super soft and plush, feels really good against your skin. The cord is a little short so you have to be really close to an outlet and I find it hard to find a comfortable way to sit with it on my shoulder so the cord doesn't pull. (Guess I should try an extension cord.) It doesn't seem any different than any regular, cheaper heating pad. I'd read that the infrared heat penetrates deeper but don't see a difference in my sore muscles. Still, it's a…

Soft and velvety, but does not get really warm.

Soft and velvety! It doesn’t get as warm as I thought it would, but may feel warmer when laid upon. I tried laying on it and it just doesn’t get hot enough. Great size and feel though.

Cons
  • Was faulty only got to use it once not worth it

Really helps my back.

The pad is awkward to use because the on and off switch is on the pad its self. But the heat is great. Even on low I get adequate heat. The wire that goes from the outlet to the pad broke and they sent me a whole new heating pad right away.

Pros
  • It is great for people who suffer from chronic pain due to nerve-related disorders
Cons
  • May not offer enough portability for those who frequent travel

Waste of money good for me

The cord stop working and didn’t even last a year. It was only used a handful of times and definitely should’ve last longer.

Pros
  • It is great for people who have sedentary jobs and experience pain from sitting for prolonged periods
Cons
  • May not offer enough flexibility in terms of heat settings for some users

AWESOME HEATING PAD !

I Love this heating pad. Came beautifully boxed. Has good instructions. Very comfortable super soft plush upper surface. Feels so good to hold the upper surface. Lower surface heats rapidly with three temperature settings. Easy one push button selection for turning on, turning off and for selecting the three temperature settings. Gives me great temperature settings range Very light weight, flexible and easy to drape over your body. Folds small for travel. Gives me great relief for lower back…

Pros
  • It is also great for pre-workout warming up to prevent injury
Cons
  • May not be effective for those undergoing physical therapy or rehabilitation
