I’ve had 3 of these heat pads. Love them, they do exactly what they need to do. Soothing, healing, very comfortable and 3 heat settings. The only thing unfortunate about the product is that the wire that goes into the heating pad breaks after a time. I like the product enough that I have just kept ordering new ones, but it’s unfortunate that they can’t make a better wire that would last longer.

I bought this for wrist pain relief. I have just started using it and could immediately tell the difference. Infared heating pad penetrates deeper than a regular heating pad. The removable cover is so soft. What a difference. Very happy with this purchase.

Too hot even on the lowest setting (and this is coming from someone who makes everything as hot as they can go). Felt like there were 2in flat metal sheets inside of it that kept folding over on one another making those spots even hotter and harder. Plus the whole thing doesn’t heat up, there’s like 2 inches from each edge that the heating element doesn’t go to so this heating pad is actually much smaller than the measurements suggest. Pretty poor quality but I guess you get what you pay for…

Love this little infrared pad. Easy to use. Feels very comforting and was surprised that it helps my arm and hand neuropathy pain. This is an update. I didnt use for months after just a few times and the electricity doesn't connect anymore. It doesn't light tup. I guess too late to return because I dont see the option. I see no longer available. Disappointed

Excellent. Really sends the heat deep into my body. Helps with my back pain. Best heating pad I have ever had. May not be effective for deep tissue pain relief!

I have been using heating pads for years, I needed a new pad. I decided to spend a little more money and get a better pad. The reviews were good. I've had numerous surgeries so aches and pains come and go and a heating pad helps a lot with them. This one folds nicely, heats up fast, and cuts off automatically after an hour. I can over use a heating pad sometimes so I'm glad the cut off features works well along with the different levels of heat too. Reading the reviews on many different heating

I don't know if it was user error but I couldn't get it to heat up. The instructions were inadequate to understand a anything. The lump made by where the chord plugs in and the temp control made an uncomfortable lump too boot :(

A really nice infrared heating pad. I like the removable cover, easy to throw in the wash. The cover is soft. It works great for cramps aches. Good product.

This product still works, but only gets about 1/4 as hot after a couple of months. Will you replace it? Refund my money? That's my feedback!

I bought this for my lumbar and cervical stenosis and osteoarthritis. This is a great product. It works much better than my old heating pad. It’s very soft and it heats up quickly. The heat is much more penetrating than my old pad.I like the fact that it doesn’t have any bulky cords or controls.

I initially ordered this for my chronic back pain but I’ve recently been suffering from sever abdominal cramps so that’s what I’ve been using it for most since I received it. First of all, the outer material is so soft and cozy, and you can remove it to wash, which is a big plus in my book. I bought this heating pad for me because i have back problems. With this extra large heating pad we can cover our whole back. It is very soft to the touch and is washable. Our old heating pad was plastic with a cover that you took off to wash but this one has a removable cord so you actually wash the heating pad. A great heating pad. It heats up quickly and stays at a consistent temperature.

While I love how this heating pad is made and how sifting feels, it stopped working yet again after a few short months. This is my second heating pad due to the first heating pad stopped working in under three weeks. The company sent me a replacement in January, and this one barely made it through 4 months of use. Exoensive heating pad that barely gives off any heat. Not happy with this product at all. The cheap ones give off way more heat. Not worth the money at all andnow I have to go buy another heating pad. I would not even call this a heating pad. Save your money and don’t buy this one.

This is a fantastic heating pad, it’s so soft.The only negative to it, is that it’s a very strange set-up with the power cord. When I first opened it, I thought it was cordless- and that you charged it. (So I was super excited!)However, it isn’t. It’s like an AC cord. Which is fine, except that I sleep with it every night and it constantly comes out. I like the super velvety soft cover. But, the cord was almost a deal breaker.

I have chronic back issues and this works great. It’s also great for the upper back but does not mold well around the neck. The heat levels are great.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased. Terrible design with only One button temperature control. Red, which is HIGH , was EXTREMELY DANGEROUSLY HOT!I had a very difficult time trying to change the temperature setting and the cord was very short.BIG DISAPPOINTMENT 😞😑😠AMAZON should remove this item from their website.

Super soft and comfortable to use! This heating pad heats up quickly and is large enough to use on larger areas like the back abs legs. The instructions are simple and is very easy to use. Red = hot, blue = medium, green = low. I use this to relieve generalized body pain from fibromyalgia as well as neck, shoulders and back. It could also be used for menstrual cramps. It's large and soft and even washable which is very unique for a heating pad. This is a great buy and it's worth every dime!
