This cuff is for ankles, not feet. Aircast offers a foot cuff if that is what you are seeking. You can use the cooler with other types of cuffs - but not simultaneously.Like other reviewers, I broke my ankle and needed surgery. I'm lucky and didn't have much pain, but I did have swelling. Based on my observations, these stickers are not up to the mark. Though they claim to be suitable for use in supermarkets, hospitals and other industrial and scientific settings, the adhesive quality is poor .The stickers tend to come off when people walk over them or when the floors are being cleaned. I have a dog that when given a dog toy instantly goes for the stuffing and usuallygets to it within minutes. However even with his needle like teeth this toy seems to be able to make it about a week. I got these for my wedding day. Had them on for all of an hour and the ankle strap broke so I'm waiting for a replacement.
