Stopped Working in Four Months
While I love how this heating pad is made and how sifting feels, it stopped working yet again after a few short months. This is my second heating pad due to the first heating pad stopped working in under three weeks. The company sent me a replacement in January, and this one barely made it through 4 months of use. Now the window is closed for a return and I’m stuck with a heating pad that’s soft, but doesn’t heat. I haves sent several messages for a replacement, but have not had a response from anyone.
- Works great, gets almost uncomfortably hot on high
- Used only 3 times then stopped working!! Yikes !! hope I can get replaced, or refund
