I keep this on my nightstand with my morning pills, and I love that it’s decorative looking. It’s big enough to hold several multivitamin sized pills. I would say its roughly big enough to hold about a tablespoon volume-wise. The magnet isn’t quite strong, but I haven’t had any issues with the top falling off either. UPDATE: Ordered in June, its now December and it no longer twists/opens. I have to pry the top off. Its like the lid is too small. So strange. Kudos for the fact that it’s not plastic. Beautiful little box without appearing too fussy. Light enough to carry and the magnet holds OK on mine, yet IMHO, it’s more of a surprisingly nice-looking thing to keep on a countertop. That’s why I decided to keep it. Almost sent it back. This is a beautiful design and I was so excited to receive it .but it was impossible to turn it and almost impossible to get the top off (and I have a lot of muscles lol). Once I got it off I put it back on so that I could test out how it turns but it does not turn. The fit Is too tight which makes it non functional. I will sand it down and see if that helps.

This pill box seems like a very cute idea. It has deep holes, so it fits all my vitamins. Only problem is, it is poorly cut so the top does not turn well on itself, and it gets stuck easily. Funny, I read the reviews before I ordered this pill case. One review said that the maker had fixed problems with the lid not fitting. That is a joke. The box I received today allows the lid to spin to one opening to the right and one opening to the left and then it’s stuck. Like others said I will have to do work on it to make it rotate.

UPDATE: After my last review was posted, the seller contacted me to offer a replacement. The picture shows what I received: a box full of somebody else's melted pills. They managed to send me a replacement worse than the faulty original, and I'm out $20 with nothing to show for it. This is a beautiful box and came packaged nicely (if being given as a gift). It came exactly as pictured. I messaged the seller with a question, and the seller was very responsive. Highly recommend. The top doesn’t fit on the box anymore after a few months - the box has not gotten wet (outside of the first wipe down I gave it) so I can’t figure out what’s happened. Trying to turn the top like you’re supposed to is impossible and either doesn’t work at all or gets stuck. Just throwing it away.

This box is very cute, I spent 5x more than I would've on a standard pill organizer so it would look beautiful and discreet on my desk. All for it to be completely useless. I had all my pills and vitamins organized, and by day two the box was completely stuck. Not only does it not turn- because its 2 imperfect circles with no twisting mechanism- it got stuck with all of my medication in it. The pill organizer is absolutely beautiful but when I first tried to take the lid off, or spin it, it wouldn't budge. After several attempts I was finally able to get it to come off. It's almost as if it wasn't sanded down properly or the lid wasn't cut to the right size. For how much it costs, and for how beautiful it is (it was exactly what I wanted aesthetic wise!), this was very disappointing and why I have to leave a one star review.

4 stars because it’s pretty. Not 5 stars because it’s short on function. When you turn the lid where the wood grains are perpendicular to the body’s wood grains, it doesn’t close. If you try to tip it to get the day’s pills out when perpendicular, pills from other days mix into other day’s slots. Either the box or the lid isn’t perfectly round and doesn’t turn. Kind of defeats the purpose. I have to pry the lid off each day then close it up.

I was so excited to find a non-plastic pill box that I would enjoy looking at and handing. The divisions hold enough for me (2 very small tablets, 3 large-ish capsules). But the lid gets stuck and must be pried off once a week or so, and yet the closure (via tiny magnet) is otherwise so loose you could never in a million years travel with it as-is. Wish this were more functional because there's a real market need for this type of product.

Update: I wish the lid didn't stop turning, because I love it.I think it is because it is unfinished wood.Maybe if it was sealed in some way it would not get stuck.However: Sleek, beautiful and functional

An elegant way to keep a pill organizer on the nightstand. Not durable enough for everyday use. Wish it was decorated or finished, but it was as advertised

Worked well for a 3-4 months until suddenly it didn’t. Cant turn the top part any more. It’s almost like the magnet or the wood is unwilling to rotate. Basically held my meds hostage, luckily i have long nails and a will to live.

This vitamin holder is so cute. But, its really rough when you hold it; I think maybe using some sandpaper on it would help. Don't get it wet, and don't leave it in a high moisture area. The wood will expand and screw up the whole functionality of the product. I think if the design was just a little better and the wood had a finish on it, this product would be 5 stars in my book.

Cut between lid and box isn’t quite right. Gets stuck and binds when turning like a pill box, making it very difficult to open.Works fine if lid is lifted straight up, exposing all compartments at once.

I like how it's a little magnet that keeps it together, and how each pocket is big enough for big pills. It's smooth except for one pocket that did have some splinters.The reason I'm not giving it 5 starts is because after a particularly hot and humid day, it actually warped. It sealed my pills inside and I had to force it open. After I took the top off it wouldn't go back on and spin. I really like it for myself but now it's useless.
