I like how it's a little magnet that keeps it together, and how each pocket is big enough for big pills. It's smooth except for one pocket that did have some splinters.The reason I'm not giving it 5 starts is because after a particularly hot and humid day, it actually warped. It sealed my pills inside and I had to force it open. After I took the top off it wouldn't go back on and spin. I really like it for myself but now it's useless.
