Simple, reliable and very attractive. It's so easy to put a paper towel roll on this holder; and it's easy to grab the paper towel when you use it. Of all the paper towel holders I've tried in the past, this one is my favorite - it looks great and is easy to use.

Product works as described, not sure with all the bad reviews. It's a paper towel holder, it's not life changing. He's doing his job, he's holding the towels. No problem, if the extra piece rips them, just rip them off slowly, not like a madman. And the color is rose gold, not copper.

The product is good and looks exactly like the picture. The paper towel will tilt to one side when the roll is half its original volume. Also, the glue that was applied in the box completely ruined the product and I can't remove the sticky residue from the top of the holder. Pretty bad.

This product appears to be well made and does the job but as you can see from the photos it doesn't quite match the listing or the packaging that was supplied on the holder. A bit disappointed when I looked at another one that matched what I got but spent about $1 more to get this one. Not worth all the hassle of returns and replacements, just a warning to anyone ordering.

Large, elegant, functional and well finished. I use a standard size roll, but it works for larger rolls too. The color is shiny copper which matches the napkin holder but not the sponge holder. The only downside is that if you're left-handed, it's made for right-handers. I'm on the left so it's uncomfortable but not useless. I'm happy with that. Looks great on the counter, as does the matching napkin holder.

This product is a great no frills paper towel holder. Make something, looks great! However, it has an annoying aspect. A range that grabs a paper towel to rip off a segment with one hand instead of two doesn't work very well because it's a pressure point. Because of this, the paper towel often tears. It's a minor annoyance, but there are definitely owners who don't have this problem.

I originally bought the spring adjustable B07TZGF98V which was much more expensive and was very annoying as it slid across the countertop. I sent it back and bought this model for only 9.99. It has a beautiful satin nickel finish and will hold the largest paper towel roll. The curved edge keeps the towel in place and prevents tangling. It looks like a very well made device and I am very happy with the purchase, I highly recommend it.
