I love the look (I wanted brass) but threw it away after a year of patiently trying to grab a towel without unrolling the whole damn roll, or about to spit or tear towels in anger to curse. I've started installing a full roll next to the holder and my life has improved. Ha! I now reject really bad projects completely. Who would have even thought he had a point in the middle of a shot?
