Had to be exchanged after only 2 1/2 years of normal use. I contacted the company for a warranty repair/replacement and they requested the same information that I had already provided. In this case, the faucet is not closed. I ended up recycling that junk and spending more on a higher quality replacement that should last more than a few years!

I had to look for a new faucet for a small bathroom renovation. I love the stylish look of this set. Color like "white silver" if that makes sense. I bought it in brushed nickel and was expecting a slightly more greyish tone, but it's very pretty. The rest of the bathroom fixtures are more of that greyish color but I can live with that. Our mechanic commented on how easy the installation was. The faucet works as it should so I'm happy and the price is right (from Revain Warehouse Deals).
