I had to make repairs in the bathroom 8 months after the last renovation. There was an earthquake that shattered my vanity, so I needed a new vanity and two new 8" faucets (previously had 4" faucets). I've installed quite a few faucets over the years, this was probably the easiest install. Also a good solid construction. Many of the faucets I installed had a plastic drain, this one was metal like all the others. Very solid construction, I am very happy with the two taps installed. Can't say anything about durability yet, but so far I'm very happy with it. I really like the pop up drain. On a side note, if you are looking for a water-saving faucet, it most likely isn't. The last tap was limited to 1.2 gpm, not sure what that is but it's a lot more. My hot water reaches the second floor bathroom much quicker than from the last tap.
