I use it to clean very greasy things like extractor filters and greasy surfaces in the kitchen. It is extremely effective in removing the gunk that builds up on the filter mesh. I just pre-rinse the filter (with cold water so the grease doesn't clog the pipes), then partially fill the sink and finally pour in a teaspoon of this product (rather strong).
