I figured I should write a short review. I purchased this item to use prior to "alternative" bedroom fun, but decided not to go there. So, I tried this item anyway. I've been having some "not so great" digestion lately, due the "filter" being removed from my body years ago. When using this, it really cleans out the system and induces #2. Cleans me out well and up to 30 minutes to do so. Stomach pain after eating is gone and I have a better day when I use this the night before. You'll be surprised what comes out the first few times. I think I'm going for a full colonic in the near future. Don't use cold water and have it well lubed and you will be fine.
