Bought these to use hot or cold for breastfeeding care, but they are quite small, and one side is sorta rough? Maybe the wrong word. One side is made of a plastic material and the other is made of the paper like material that hospital gowns feel to be made of - so a little "soft" but not quite soft. I have just been using them to keep my husbands lunches cold, and they work great for that!
