Good to have on hand for little boo-boos. The cold doesn't last long, these things are small. So I wouldn't use them in a lunch box or anything. But if you have little ones who have the occasional bump or bruise, these are perfect. Small enough for a child to hang onto, and good to have plenty so every little problem can have the psychological boost of a whole cold pack to feel better!
