Cold for about 20 minutes
I like that they have the cloth backing, this does help stop the 'burn' on your skin from the ice cold, however, I ace wrap these onto my elbow and they last about 20 minutes. I was hoping that they lasted a lot longer than that but they are quite thin, so I suppose there's only so much they can do!
- They are perfect sized and freeze fast
- May not be as effective for bruising
