Best round ice pack I have found! Better than the ice packs with tiny spheres in them. Have not utilized it as a heating pack, but gets really cold and is still easily moldable to fit where you need it.
- Great little ice packs to keep in the freezer. Soft material on one side.
- May not be as versatile as desired
