My previous experience with Moen has been very good, their products have always arrived well packaged and in perfect condition prior to this purchase. The packaging was damaged and the product did not come with the backing plates. I do not recommend buying from this seller.

We live in a rural area and the choice of goods in ordinary shops is small and the prices are too high. This lamp looks even better in real life! Our home is more like a farmhouse and this decor is just right for you. We will probably buy another one for our second full bath.

This is a good faucet and everything we expected except for the drain in the back. It comes out at a 45 degree angle, and if you have a thick backboard like granite, you may not have enough room to install it. We had to swap places and use the Pfister which had no drain on the faucet.

I installed it about 10 months ago. Installation was easy! I bought this because my last bronze tap was discolored and I couldn't restore the finish. It was a cheap faucet so I decided to spend the extra money on a Moen faucet to replace it. I'm having the same issues, but the base trim is rubbing off/not getting clean. Very disappointed that it didn't even last a year as I thought Moen was worth the extra money!

We installed 3 faucets pretty easily, but when you turn the knobs to hot, the water temperature changes from cold to room temperature. We have turned on all the other pipes in the house and in each bathroom and they all have hot water so we know the heating is working. Hot water went to the installation of faucets. A professional plumber installed an original faucet that I was only given to make it wobble at the top and leak under my new vanity. Called Revain, replaced faucet, installed and everything is fine! When I was about to install this faucet I first laid out all the parts to make sure they were all in place and in order. I noticed that the mounting nut that holds the top of the faucet to the sink is different than what is shown in the instructions or the Moen installation video.
