Great product for my opinion

These are a huge help after breast surgery or stereoscopic biopsy. They fit nicely inside bra and stay cold for about 20 to 30 minutes. Easy to refreeze and ready in an hour or two.

Pros

chilled quickly and easily fit inside the brace to reduce swelling in my wrist. worked well!

Cons

May take up too much space in a freezer
