These literally saved my swollen nips while nursing my newborn the first few weeks his latch wasn’t great and i had some nipple trauma and i use these ice packs in between pumping and nursing sessions

I like how small they are, I feel like usually ice packs are large and bulky. It''s ok that they melt in about 15 mins cause you get multiple. I also like how they can be heated for warmth and have a side that''s fabric so you dont have to wrap them. I''ve had them for about a month and have already found several uses for them.
