WEBI Rustic Gate Handle Interior Review

These white cast iron handles are very heavy. They are ideal for thick solid wood doors. I'm going to use them for MDF sliding glass doors and hope it's not overkill.

I really like them and they look good. I have installed them on every gate in the fence but I don't think they are intended for the street. Both have a little rust on the screw holes.

Rustic Gate Handle works great but make sure you buy the whole set at once. This is my second set and they are a little thinner than the first set. Also, everything is off-center, but not noticeable unless you delve into small details.

Love the strength and weight of these door handles. Good price and fast delivery. Although it may not have been necessary to provide additional weather protection prior to installation as I'm near the ocean, I lightly sanded all of the handles, primed, painted with an anti-rust primer, and then painted two coats of clogged Rustoleum paint. That looks great.

I will be wobbly after my hip surgery. I bought 4 of these to use as handrails on step doors and a bedroom closet door with a sliding door track. Anything I can stumble upon, I color to match. Looks a lot less institutional than plastic handrails. It's a strong metal, I think it will stand up to me. The kit includes metal anchors and screws.

The surface looks rough and pitted like iron should be. The paintwork is mottled brown and looks rustic from afar, but not necessarily rusty. The color goes well with my door but may not suit all situations. It's pretty heavy and dense as it should be. It seems a little longer and taller than most hands require, but is a good size and comfortable to use.

handles are well made and designed for heavy loads. They are ground, so they have no sharp edges and are comfortable to hold. The departure seems very significant. I did not use the screws provided as I use them as handrails on my wooden deck and felt the screws needed to be longer to make them more secure. Instead I used deck screws and painted the heads black. I'm very satisfied with this product.

I was looking for something very strong to put on the top of my attic stairs where there is nothing to hold onto to keep from falling. I didn't care what they looked like, just that they were threads. A safety bar like the ones you have in your bathtub was also an option, but they had a complicated attachment system.
