If you have a high ceiling, or only need to light a specific area, this works great! However, I used it in a bedroom, and due to how the LEDs are set up inside and the size of the base that connects to the ceiling, it leaves the corners of the room near the ceiling more dark than I would have liked. Not sure I can claim they're energy efficient since the two i installed take more power than the original but i guess on a lumens per watt scale they are? SUPER bright. Love it. The actual electrical connectors suck the big one. The do NOT like to clamp on. Once they eventually do, they're great. First the good— This is a very low profile fixture, which was important for my use. The light output seems very good, and the choice of Kelvin (color) values is a plus.Now the bad— The 'push lever' connection mechanism for the wires is a big negative. It is insecure, and even a #14 wire will put far too much leverage on that little "clip" connection. Very easy to install as per instructions. Took 15 mins. Installed in my bathroom, light is bright, very quiet, turns on instantly. Worth every penny.

Easy to install bracket. Bracket attaches to standard electrical box with two screws; 120 V power connects to pigtail in fixture by inserting two wires in lever-lock connector, then fixtures snaps in place on bracket.

It was easy to wire up, but with the light flush to the ceiling the metal tabs that hold it to the bracket would not slide in. I think my ceiling might have the slightest bit of a curve to it. I thought the installation method was really slick until it took me 20 minutes to install it 6 times. I wish that I had bought the equivalent light from Home Depot. They go up in seconds with no hassle and have the same shape and look as this light.3-stars because once installed, it looks nice and works.

I could no longer find bulbs for my 24-year-old closet ceiling lights. I ordered three of these LED lights and they are great. They light up my closets like a high school football stadium on a Friday night. I don't know if they were easy to install or not, but I can tell you that it took the electrician less than 10 minutes each, including unwrapping the packaging. I am very pleased that they were the same size as the previous lights so no painting required.

I got this to replace a circular fluorescent ceiling light for a bathroom. It has a simple compact design. It is light and very easy to install. At 18 watts, it is brighter than the 32 watt circular light that it replaced. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Very nice light. I installed in in a hallway and it gives off plenty of light. Connecting the wires was easy but when it came time to mount the light, the mounting bracket was too close to the ceiling for the light to connect to the bracket and I ended up having to shim the bracket away from the ceiling.

I Installed it at June 10 this year, and it's working fine. No blinking, no waiting for full illumination. Till recently just stop working. $27 for a 4 months light in bathroom. Not worth it.

I installed today and the only thing that tripped me up was in step 3 (I attached a picture of the instructions) I could not get my two wires (ground and live wire) to get clamped into the light fixture. It was not till my wife played around with it and realized that in Step 3 two tabs needed to be pulled up 90 degrees and not 30 degrees to allow the hole to be fully open. Only lasted 6-1/2 months. Also, look at the photo. The back side of the case melted a little.I'm going back to standard LED bulbs. The ones I've been using seem to last a lot longer than this product.

These were very easy to install and the price was right. We bought them originally for our lake place to replace the ugly, original lights that were in there and ended up buying more.
