I installed today and the only thing that tripped me up was in step 3 (I attached a picture of the instructions) I could not get my two wires (ground and live wire) to get clamped into the light fixture. It was not till my wife played around with it and realized that in Step 3 two tabs needed to be pulled up 90 degrees and not 30 degrees to allow the hole to be fully open. Then when fully open insert the live and ground wire (that were stripped) into the two tubes. Then close the two tabs by pushing them back down fully. Also I'm not handy at all so for 99% of people they would have figured this out instantly.I wish I took a picture but didn't. But the tabs come up at 30 degrees and when you stick the wires in there and close it down back to 0 degrees the wires are not clamped in good. You need to put a tiny bit of force and pull both tabs up 90 degrees and then stick the exposed wire in, then clamp it down by pushing the tab down to 0 degrees.Note: you do not need an extra ground wire. This just needs two wires, one hot (120 volt ac) which connects to their brown wire and one ground that connects to their blue wire. Normally in the USA the live or 120 volt wire is black.Also there is very tiny delay in the light turning on, about 1/4 of a second. But this is so short in duration that it does not matter.I would have given 4 & 1/2 stars if I could. But we are very pleased with it.
