Very cute, and it was relatively easy to put together. I have standard ceiling in that room and was thinking it might be too big, but it fits nicely. The only thing - we were not able to get it fully symmetrical: one of the center pieces hangs lower than it visually should. I might take it apart and try again later. Or remove the large crystals - it was perfectly symmetrical before we added those, and already looked beautiful at that stage of assembling.But we still love it.

Instructions helpful, but miss important first step - assembly of the arms to the base. First step: You need to take the base apart and install 12 arms using 2 screws, 2 washers and 2 nuts. Re-assemble the base. Then you can follow instructions. This first step takes time, patience and small wrench or small pliers to hold the little 7mm nuts. When all done - it looks awesome. Installed with dimming Phillips chandelier LED bulbs and it looked stunning.

This light was really a surprise! Exceeded my expectations when it arrived and we assembled it. I have one in every walkin closet in my home and it makes me feel royal and special. Really makes any room feel elegant. I love to just turn the lights on and look at it. Friends think I paid much more for this and if I saw it in a showroom, I would have paid much more, because it would be worth it. This baby is beautiful and easy to assemble - though you are on the ladder a bit if you don't put the crystals on first (which to me, makes it harder to install light). Each arm has rows of crystals but if you use the buddy system, it goes up pretty easy. And it's just beautiful. Doesn't include light bulbs - so I'd grab those as you'll be frustrated if you don't.

My friend the electrician stopped by, and put up the base (and 12 arms) for me in about 10 minutes. I told him not to worry about the hanging baubles, I could do that myself. Joke was on me, the ones that were difficult were the ones that attach directly to the base because there was very little space to get my fingers in there to form the "hook" on each crystal chain. It is awesome. I have a slope ceiling where the previous owner put a fan. You could not put the fan on without getting hit in the head. So I replaced it with this light. It dressed up the patio space. Crystals were flimsy so I used floral wire to strengthen the connection and keep the crystals secure even when I clean it in the future. The crystals are of good quality reflecting light as if I paid three times the price.

I put this chandelier into the master bedroom of a house I'm fixing up to sell--it is so stunning. And I put a beautiful medallion on the ceiling to really showcase this light. The crystals are so beautiful, and putting them on is so easy--I have small hands which makes it even easier. Buy it today! Even more beautiful than in photos! It is so sparkly, just beautiful! I spray painted the base copper color so it would go with my decor better. Instructions were not clear about how to attach the crystals but we put the strands of crystals on before installing the chandelier to the ceiling than once it was installed we placed the round crystals on the end of each strand.

I bought two of these. One is nice and bright. The other is really dull. Even after changing the led bulbs few times. I did reach out to the Saint Mossi customer service team and they went silent. An apology or a replacement would have been nice. Even though I didn’t think I would have removed and reinstalled given that’s a pain with numerous screws and crystals involved.On the plus side the other one does look nice and beautiful.

The package appears to come as a 'headache' with so many smaller pieces in it - each hanging comes packed separately and the big balls at the bottom of each hanging come packed in separate small cute boxes. But setting up is such a breeze - hardly 35 minutes, most of which is just trying to hang each of the hangers, and the big balls that come at the bottom.Use the Solenoid type E16 base LED bulbs - just lights up like a white bright star. This light is fantastic; we used it in our home office and not only was it EASY to install, but it is brilliant. For the price, I am ecstatic. The fixture is exactly as it looks in the picture and other product reviews. Each crystal is individually packaged and the set came with gloves to prevent fingerprinting (which affects the quality of the shine). It did take a few hours to install all 72+ pieces, but the end product was worth the time investment. I would certainly recommend this product.

Final product looks good, but assembly is a pain, and the instructions lead you astray. They say to wire it up and attach it to the ceiling, THEN attach the support arms. This is impossible. Before doing anything, TAKE APART the lamp base, then you can tediously assemble the 12 arms to the base. Now, reassemble the lamp base, then wire it and attach it to the ceiling. After that, the instructions are ok.

It really looks good. And is not the nightmare to assemble that some reviewers complaint about. I Just placed a bath towel on my kitchen counter, pulled everything from the shipping box and cross referenced with the attached parts list. This is a great little fixture! It went up easy but the crystal hanging part was labor intensive- as would be expected. Talk about bang for your buck- this gives an expensive look for not many $. One of the things I like most about it- other than the bling- is that it takes regular chandelier base bulbs that can be switched to LED equivalent bulbs - so you can leave the light on and enjoy it- without worrying about running up your electric bill - it’s just so pretty! The light fixture is beautiful. However it took me about 6 hours to install and assemble it. The assembly instructions were almost worthless. I had to figure it out by inspection of the product and the component parts. The instructions must have been written by the Chinese manufacturer. For example the use of the term "buckle" was very odd. It should have said "metal loop" or something that was more descriptive. And there should have been a diagram showing what such loops look like. I have had this light up for while now, when I first put it up I decided it was too little for my bedroom, but I was not about to send it back! I love it sooo much, I simply found another place for it and I ordered the bigger size and love both of them!

I love the chandelier but I had to order brighter bulbs. I suggest the company address the lumens because the bulbs are are too dim. I have ordered 2 more intense LED bulbs. This will solve the problem.
