This is a beautiful addition to my craft room. I couldn't be more happier with this purchase. These are crystals and Not plastic. After reading some of the reviews regarding assembly I will admit I was worried going in. Upon receiving the chandelier I unboxed everything to ensure all the parts were there, and they were. It took me a total of 1 hour to not only assemble it but also that time included installation. I had no issues as it's pretty straightforward. It looks just as described and I couldn't be happier! It's breathtaking in person as you lose some details in photography. I wish I had another space for another one like it!
