As a lot of other reviews have said the product is much smaller than other brands. I wear large in shirts, outerwear, etc. in almost any other brand and the XL of this product fits well. For comparison I am 6'1", 190lbs, 44 inch chest. I think the sizing may be more in line with a runner's physique, not people who are into weight training.See full review
