Good quality, easy to cut with scissors. We are using the padding for runner rugs on laminate flooring, and have no slippage at all. Decided on this company (American made) and pad thickness (rugs are somewhat thick by themselves) while researching options, very happy with purchase.

So far, so good. I bought this in 4'x6'. I intended to cut it in half to use for 2 2'x3' rugs. I don't know exactly how, but the rug pad much larger than 2 2'x3' rugs, so I have a lot left over. This product does what it says it will do. My only criticism is that it does not actually measure a true 5 x 8 and requires trimming to fit under a 5 x 8 rug.

Love this rug mat! We have three wool rugs down a long hallway. When we sent them out to be cleaned we decided to replace the old rug mats with these. These are better than anything I’ve ever tried. Rugs stay in place for nonslip walking. Pads are thin enough to not add too much bulk (doors can clear easily) but somehow they still provide a perfect level of extra cushion beneath the rugs. Zero offgas odors. Hundred percent recommend these!

I'm using this pad between a tile floor and flatweave wool rug under a dining table with 8 chairs and this rug does not move. Even when we placed a heavy 7.5ft pedestal table back onto the rug, inching the table back and forth until it was centered, the rug stayed put. I have ordered this rug pad several times, initially for 2x3 polyester indoor outdoor rugs and more recently for 5x8 jute rug. All thin flat-laying area rugs. I’m not looking for padding, just securing the rug in place on hardwood floors. Very satisfied with serving the purpose I’m looking for.

I had tried other products to keep hallway rugs in place, e.g. adhesive corner pad which lost their ability to stick to the rugs. This pad won't damage the wood floor and so far the rugs have stayed nicely and neatly in place.

This is an eco-friendly product, but it doesn't prevent the jute rug we have on top of it from slipping. I already discarded the packaging or else I would have returned it.

This rug pad is great. Bought a 5x7 rug for the living room and the dogs used it as a slip and slide on the hardwood until I got this pad.

Was very satisfied with this pad. I didn’t need to put any tape or adhesive on the rug. It is tough enough to keep the rug in place even when my 40 lbs dog sprints on it. Definitely will buy again when I need another pad.

Love these pads: totally skid-proof, no odor and best of all that they are very thin, as I didn't like my previous, thicker pads which deteriorated after a few years. I cannot give five stars as I have not had these long enough, but expect that I will get very good wear out of them.

Product works very well for both a light wool woven rug and also a heavy oriental rug. They do allow some movement when the cats race across them but not when you walk on them

We tried many other methods of keeping our carpets in place with little success. This product really does make our carpet stay in place on our wood floor. It is expensive but worth it.

I bought these for some Swedish plastic throw rugs, which can be really slippery on Pergo floor, and the rugs haven’t moved since I put these under them. Also, glad I got the jute, keeps the pads flat instead of bunching up under the rugs. Will be buying more!
