The size and color are correct, but to describe this as "soft” is a stretch. The synthetic fibers are quite slippery, which some people might consider soft, but to me they just feel slick and in socks it feels almost hazardous. These are incredibly soft when you get them, but even one wash reduced the appealing fluff to more of a matted dog look than a plush and pampered pet. They (I bought two) were intended to be a nice soft layer over two of my dog's Coolaroo beds to reduce the chill in winter, but they aren't even as thick as a summer-weight blanket and one of my dogs already ate hers! (Reviewing the Dark Grey color)This rug is exactly what I expected - soft and fluffy, and super comfortable to sit on. There isn't a ton of padding underneath it (which is to be expected for a $20 rug, but it's definitely not rock-hard either), so I might recommend a rug pad for underneath.I love that it lays flat upon unboxing, folds up easily, and is very lightweight. I haven't tried vacuuming it yet, but it's so easy to just shake out that I might not ever need to vacuum it anyways!

I bought the rug for my bedroom and love it. I bought another one for my recent camping trip for inside my tent, BEST idea ever! Had my tent on top of wood chips and I couldn’t feel them through the rug! It was super easy to clean in the washer and still held its softness after it was dried. Totally worth it and it’s not unreasonably priced either

This had an awful chemical smell right out of the package. I was surprised as this is a polyester rug. So I washed it on gentle/cold immediately.The pile is not nearly as full as the photos. I guess you get what you pay for.

Needed a small rug to go under doggy stairs to keep them from slipping. this has a pretty good backing. the stairs don't slip so I'm happy with it. haven't washed it yet so I don't know how it'll hold up. I'll update after washing

Super cute, just what I was wanting. I've only had it for a few days so I can't really say how it holds up or washes even but for the price you really can't go wrong. So far, I don't see any shredding of fibers, it is thin but very soft.

We bought this for my dog to have a soft place to hang out in the living room. He loves it. It is machine washable and holds its shape well.

Update*After my initial review customer service reached out and gave me a refund. Very good customer service!If you think a washable rug is too good to be true, you're correct. After 1 wash it loses it's shape, doesn't lay flat and looks horrible. I would not recommend.

Great affordable rug, I use it at my desk with an office chair and it doesn’t move upon pressure or friction. Rug is also very soft and feels like fur. Only thing is it’s hard to vacuum and the fur material is a little too thin for my liking. But for it’s price I really like it.

Good points: It is a shag style. It was very white. It arrived on time.Poor Points: This rug will not stand up to frequent washings. It is very thin. Doesn’t provide any cushion. This is a low quality rug.I DO NOT RECOMMEND

This was ideal for creating a puppy corner for my dog. It is very soft and the price was right. This rug would be best used on top of another rug, otherwise it is way too slippery for just laying in a floor.

While this is a cute and soft rug, it isn’t true to size so expect to get something smaller. I ordered the 3ft by 5ft rug and it is smaller. The 3 ft side is smaller by a few inches and the five foot side is short by almost a whole foot.

Didn't realize that the rug would be so slippery. It's dangerous for me as well as my dog who jumps up and down from my bed. I will have to move it to a safer location. Otherwise it's as described. Haven't washed it yet.

I’m having a hard time understanding why this is rated so high. Is the shag soft? Yes it is but it is also extremely thin. I was led to believe it was padded. It has no padding at all! I have wood floors, so you need some cushioning. I watched some of the videos that were submitted, and it looked like it had padding. I definitely do not recommend if that is what you were looking for.

This rug was great at first… then I washed it and it came out like the pictures! It says it is machine washable… I beg to differ.
