🚰 BWE Waterfall Commercial Bathroom Faucet Review

The product looks OK but the quality is very questionable. After a few months the case started peeling off. After 10 months it looks like garbage, see photo. I don't recommend this to anyone.

It was good at first. However, last month the pressure began to fall dramatically, and today there is no water. Hoses cleaned, no blockage. tried running water through the faucet but it got worse. Now the water doesn't flow! what a waste of money. Stay away from this product. There doesn't seem to be any quality control. The metal formation inside is not of very good quality. I won't do it again. There is no way to contact the manufacturer. No phone number, no email.

This faucet far exceeded my expectations even after seeing great reviews. It is a very strong/heavy metal and well constructed. I really like this faucet; looks great. It gets a "4" instead of a "5" because of two issues: 1. The instructions are terrible. The brochure covers many faucets (mostly) including shower faucets; annoying.2. This version has a soldered screen. With a public water supply this probably isn't an issue, but for those of us who live in well water a non-detachable screen is an issue. This is actually a really strong, durable faucet that appears to be made of quality materials. Seems like it's going to take a while and hold on. This is a beautiful bronze finish rubbed with oil. Very simple and modern. We have country style fixtures in our bathroom so I wanted to find fixtures that matched that style.
