Bright enough for a work area!
I used it to light a work table in my garage (4X8 on sawhorses). It fit very nicely mounted below my 10" square garage door opener motor (removed the motor cover and drilled 2 holes in the bottom). I hooked up a $5 pull switch (to the 120v plug wire I made) connected it to the bracing (angle aluminum) for the door motor, with a bead-type chain that hangs down, and it is perfect. I never would have found as good a solution to my situation locally. Really lights it up, has a very low profile. Pretty proud of myself.
