I was looking for something easy to use and relatively inexpensive for a home gym. These weights were a great addition and I found that the nut with an "anti-slip screw" is really effective at keeping everything tight.When I originally received the product one of the nuts didn't thread correctly on the barbell, however support was courteous and fast to reply in resolving the issue. The clutch installed easily and works great, but pay attention to the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder. I didn't notice the nipple and was trying to bleed it in the same manner as the factory one and broke the bleeder valve. I had to get a new one from the local parts store. I'm not sure how long that slave cylinder would have lasted anyways with it being plastic. But I am giving four stars because I do like the clutch.See full review

Like everyone else says they’re difficult to install, no directions for the parts and the video is too fast. Edited to add the last step of how I used the hooks and black plastic discs. The elastic loops on the back and side bottom edges of the seats each slide through the flat part of a hook. Then turn the hook through the loop and pull it tight. I got this light fixture because I wanted more light in my kitchen than my current fixture was able to provide. This delivered! Because the bowl is clear glass the light really escapes so if you don't want bright light make sure you buy appropriate bulbs.
